Research Overview
Our research focuses on the rational development of molecular catalysts that enable the selective conversion of small and unactivated molecules into valuable products. We aim to integrate inorganic/organometallic synthesis, mechanistic analysis, and computational studies to establish new design principles for molecular catalysis.
Group members will acquire broad expertise in organic/inorganic synthesis, electrochemical and spectroscopic characterization, and computational reaction modeling. Through this multidisciplinary training, group members will learn how to connect molecular structure, electronic properties, and catalytic reactivity to design new chemical transformations.
